Our fabrics are UV stabilized for exceptional UV resistance, tried and tested in the Australian and Arizona deserts to ensure that they keep their color and strength without the use of potentially toxic additives and coatings.
Our fabrics are 30-40% lighter weight than equivalent strength PVC/vinyl fabrics.
No Heavy Metals of Plasticizers
Lead and cadmium were historically used as plasticizers for PVC/vinyl fabrics. While that practice has largely fallen out of favor, we don’t even go there. Our fabrics are free of heavy metals and potentially toxic plasticizers
Polypropylene is more resistant to harsh chemicals and cleaners. Unlike PVC/vinyl fabrics, Renegade fabrics can be cleaned with bleach or acetone. Our fabrics prove highly effective in agricultural or industrial applications where harsh chemicals are present.
Like most coated fabrics, our fabrics can be thermally welded, or heat sealed. Our fabrics are compatible with most welding systems except radio frequency welders.
Derived from polypropylene (PP), our fabrics can be recycled at the end of their useful life, reducing plastic waste one yard at a time.
Polypropylene is one of the least carbon intensive plastics. Compared to PVC/vinyl or polyurethane coated fabrics, Renegade fabrics have at least a 50% lower carbon footprint.
Renegade fabrics are available in variety of colors. Custom colors can be requested, and you can even have two different colors on opposite sides of the fabric.
