RENEGADE'S PROTOTYPE-TO-PRODUCTION CREDIT PROGRAM

This program is our standard process for new material adoption; from early prototypes through real-world pilots and, finally, full-scale commercial supply. It’s designed to share risk, capture real performance data, and avoid skipping critical steps like field trials or spec alignment.

Switch fabrics without betting your brand.

Renegade’s Prototype-to-Production Credit Program gives you the material, structure, and technical support to prove performance; then credits material costs against your first commercial order when you’re ready to scale.

New material = new risk. Unless you run it right.

Switching coated fabrics changes everything; weld settings, sewing behavior, field durability, and customer expectations. This program exists to capture real performance data and make the decision objective, not vibes-based.

This is Renegade’s standard path from early prototypes through real-world pilots to full-scale commercial supply; designed to share risk and prevent skipped steps.

Few Steps Towards Circularity

1. Define the Build

You tell us what you’re prototyping, how you’ll fabricate it, and what matters (UV, abrasion, FR, etc.). We align on test methods + success criteria.

2. Receive Material

Under 5 yards is free. Over 5 yards is discounted at prototyping pricing, shipped to you or your fabrication partner.

3. Build, Test, Validate

You prototype + test (internal, third-party, and/or field). We stay hands-on with technical support.

4. Field Testing (Pilot)

Before scaling, we recommend a 100–600 yard pilot to validate performance with real equipment, real customers, real weather.

5. 1st Commercial Order

Once it’s proven, you place your first production order and get buys changing the world.

6. Material Credit

Renegade credits your prototyping material costs on the first invoice (per agreed terms).

Built-in guardrails

Two rules keep this program clean: (1) we align on test methods + success criteria up front, and (2) we expect a pilot before scale-up in most cases. Less guessing. Fewer surprises.

You get a partner; not a roll of fabric and a shrug.

We supply coated textile for your team to weld, sew, and convert into finished goods, plus technical support to troubleshoot and optimize. You’ll also get a simple test plan framework so decisions are objective and traceable.
